Terms & Conditions
Controlled pilot terms for car owners (Part A) and garage owners (Part B) using AutoProHub.
Part A — Car Owner Terms
Controlled pilot terms for car owners using AutoProHub.
1. Pilot and APH role
These Terms govern the controlled APH pilot in Lebanon. APH coordinates and refers service requests to independent garages; APH does not itself perform diagnosis, repair, towing or garage services.
2. Availability
Pilot coverage is primarily Beirut and Metn with selective approved nearby coverage. Availability depends on service category, garage capacity and operating hours.
3. Your information
Provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, service or problem, and timing information. Do not submit false, duplicate, abusive or unlawful requests.
4. Booking types
Known services may use Standard Booking, including multiple compatible services in one visit. Unknown symptoms use Diagnostic Booking. Selected jobs may use controlled quotes; urgent or unsafe cases may use emergency routing.
5. Quotes and diagnosis
Garage quotes may be estimates until inspection. The diagnostic fee or range must be disclosed before booking. If you approve repair at the same garage, the diagnostic fee is credited into the repair and not charged twice. If you do not proceed, the agreed diagnostic fee remains payable.
6. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when the garage, service or request, and timing are accepted and recorded through APH or an approved APH support route.
7. Changes and cancellation
Before garage acceptance you may cancel or change freely. After confirmation but before check-in or work starts, request the change through APH. Once the vehicle is checked in or diagnosis or service starts, the booking is frozen; any stop or change is handled manually and agreed work already performed remains payable. Repeated no-shows or misuse may lead to pilot restriction.
8. Additional work
The garage must not perform extra paid work without explaining the reason and price or time impact, and obtaining your explicit approval through the approved APH flow. Phone or WhatsApp discussion alone does not replace recorded approval.
9. No response after diagnosis
If you do not respond after a diagnosis or repair quote, the garage must not start the repair. APH or the garage may contact you to obtain a decision or coordinate vehicle collection. The agreed diagnostic fee remains payable. No pilot storage fee applies unless clearly disclosed and expressly agreed in advance.
10. Payment
You pay the garage directly using its accepted payment methods. APH does not charge a car-owner booking fee during this pilot unless notified in writing before booking. The garage is responsible for invoice, receipt and warranty documentation.
11. Completion and records
APH may ask you to confirm completion, final amount and feedback, and may store a simple repair record under your vehicle profile.
12. Complaints and safety
Report unclear quotes, unsafe conduct, failed bookings or service issues promptly. APH may assist communication and quality control but does not guarantee a refund or garage outcome. If a vehicle is unsafe, stop driving and arrange appropriate professional or towing assistance.
13. Garage responsibility
The selected garage is responsible for its diagnosis, workmanship, parts, staff, premises, invoices and warranties. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Lebanese law are not excluded.
14. Communications and privacy
APH may contact you to operate the pilot by app, phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email and may process or share relevant request data with selected garages under the APH Privacy and Data Protection documents.
15. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, illegal content, security interference, fake requests or misuse of APH, customer or garage data.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APH is not responsible for independent garage workmanship, parts, delays, downtime or indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Suspension and changes
APH may limit or end pilot access for misuse, safety, quality or operational reasons and may update pilot workflows or terms with appropriate notice.
18. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by Lebanese law, subject to mandatory law. Good-faith APH escalation should be attempted before formal proceedings where appropriate.
19. Legal status
This is a practical pilot template and should be reviewed by Lebanese counsel before publication or external signature.
Part B — Garage Owner Terms
Controlled pilot terms for independent garages and service providers.
1. Pilot role
These Terms apply to independent garages and service providers participating in the controlled APH pilot. APH is a coordination and referral platform; the Garage remains independent and responsible for its operations.
2. Information and availability
Keep garage name, contact, location, services, hours, specialties and decision-maker accurate. Notify APH promptly of capacity or availability changes.
3. Request routing and response
APH may route based on service capability, location, availability, quality and response history. For common Standard Booking requests, a useful response within 15 minutes during declared operating hours is the pilot target where practical; diagnostic and complex jobs use the relevant response window.
4. Quotes
Quotes must be clear and separate labour, parts, diagnosis, assumptions and exclusions where practical. Do not intentionally use misleading low initial prices.
5. Diagnosis
Disclose the diagnostic fee or range before booking. If the customer proceeds with repair at the same Garage, credit the diagnostic fee into the repair and do not charge it twice. If no repair proceeds, the disclosed diagnostic fee may remain payable.
6. Booking updates and freeze
Record acceptance, timing changes, start, completion, cancellation and material delays. Before check-in or start, changes and cancellations are coordinated and recorded. Once the vehicle is checked in or diagnosis or service starts, the booking is frozen; any stop or change is handled manually and agreed work already performed remains payable.
7. No customer response after diagnosis
Do not start repair without approval. Place the job in Waiting for CO Decision, attempt approved follow-up and cooperate with APH to coordinate a decision or collection. Only necessary safety or reassembly steps may be taken without repair approval. No pilot storage fee applies unless disclosed and expressly agreed in advance.
8. Additional work
No extra paid work without an Additional Work Request, explanation or evidence where relevant, price and time impact, and explicit customer approval through the approved APH flow.
9. Service quality
Perform work professionally and safely and comply with applicable law and professional obligations. The Garage is responsible for workmanship, parts, staff, premises, invoices and warranties.
10. Customer payment
The customer pays the Garage directly. The Garage issues required invoice, receipt and warranty documents and does not ask the Launch Lead to collect money.
11. Commission
Commission applies only to verified completed APH-referred labour: below USD 25 is waived; USD 25–50 is 10% with no minimum; above USD 50 is 10% with a USD 5 minimum and USD 20 cap. Parts and non-labour are excluded. Approved additional-work labour is included. Diagnosis credited into repair is not double-counted.
12. Settlement and records
Confirm final labour and non-labour values and completion. Reconcile weekly. Missing records or overdue balances may pause referrals.
13. APH referral and no circumvention
An APH-referred job remains an APH referral if communication continues directly. Do not hide jobs, ask customers to cancel tracking, or manipulate records to avoid commission.
14. Data and confidentiality
Use customer and APH data only for the APH-related job. No unrelated marketing, resale, sharing or misuse. Additional NDA terms may apply.
15. Reviews and performance
APH may collect public reviews, private feedback, response and completion metrics, and complaint data, and use them for routing, coaching, suspension or removal.
16. Suspension and termination
APH may coach, warn, pause or remove garages for non-response, cancellations, unsafe or poor work, data misuse, concealment or unpaid settlement. Active jobs, records and settlement obligations survive removal.
17. Liability
The Garage is responsible for claims or loss arising from its work, staff, premises, parts, advice, invoices or warranties. APH is not responsible for independent garage workmanship or workshop safety except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Changes
APH may update operational rules during the pilot. Commercial changes require recorded approval.
19. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by Lebanese law, subject to mandatory requirements. Good-faith APH escalation should be attempted where appropriate.
20. Legal status
This is a practical pilot template. Lebanese legal review is required before publication or signature.
